FMT has developed an in-house coatings capability.

• Microwave Assisted Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (MAPCVD) for materials coatings.
• Sputtered coatings can be applied by a multi-gun sputtering system with both RF and DC sources for both conducting and non-conducting targets.

User interface for measurement systems
Experiment control and interfacing using LabView(tm) can provide the necessary user interface for simple or complex experiments.
